Hypnotherapy Session (Zoom)

Service Description

60-90 minute private session includes intake assessment (discussion of issue/behavior/belief wanting to be resolved/changed) followed by hypnotherapy (heart of the session which includes inducing a state of deep relaxation similar to meditation in which we communicate with the subconscious mind). (IMPORTANT TO NOTE: If booking a private hypnotherapy session through Zoom, the client needs to have a stable and reliable internet connection, a space completely free from distractions i.e. pets/children, and headphones.)
