Rainbow Meditation w/Crystal Singing Bowls

This meditation is led with guided rainbow imagery focusing on each of the 7 chakras. I address the subconscious mind at each chakra asking the subconscious to release any blocks and replace with positive and healing energies. A crystal singing bowl correlated with each chakra is played to aid in aligning each chakra. I'd be honored for you to join me in this healing session!

Parking is available on the North side of campus. From 7th Street turn East on Montebello Ave (one street South of Bethany Home Rd). Turn North (Left) on 8th Place. Parking lot will be on the West (Left) side of the street. Event will take place in the building labeled "Family Center".
